  SUPPORT LEVEL TO TP POLICY                        Liviont Support Team is highly dedicated in providing support and services to Training Providers for via different communication channels like emails or chat box. Liviont facilitates the training providers for setting up their course on Liviont and gets a reach to learners/students worldwide. Further Liviont provides below-mentioned features and support & services:-

• No registration fee will be charged from the TPs.
• Super Easy course publishing on the website and proper guidance and assistance will also be provided wherever it is required.
• TPs gets the option of fully customizable courses. They can set up the course content and the duration of the batches/classes as per their choice.
• Liviont is a global marketplace where TPs can register their course and deliver the training. There is no need to invest in digital marketing and live streaming facilities like Zoom or Google meet. Liviont does all the work for TPs.
• TPs can upload as many courses as they want and also they get online multiple training options viz video, live and blended training.
• Liviont provides the lead facility to the TPs, for which some nominal amount will be charged.
• Liviont helps the TPs to put their course on priority listing out of multiple available courses.
• TPs need to pay only minimal charges on per course sell.
• TPs can share recorded videos tests, project, e-books, exercise and recorded videos with ease on Liviont.

  PAYMENT TIMELINE AND PROCEDURE TO TP Revenue Share On purchase of every course, the actual amount received by the Liviont is the gross amount in INR. From this, we will deduct transaction tax (if any), payment gateway charges and mobile platform fees or any third party payout for promotion to calculate the net amount. Except for the promotional schemes with the specific revenue sharing options, the revenue sharing from the net amount (after all deductions) will be as follows:

• Self-paced video training: Liviont 20%: Training Provider 80%
• Instructor-Led live training: Liviont 15%: Training Provider 85%

If we change the revenue sharing ratio any point of time, we will serve you a 30 Days’ notice in advance via email or notification in TP dashboard.   Receiving Payments Indian Training Providers must own a bank account in any Indian nationalized/Private bank (Excluding cooperative and regional bank), furnishing correct details of name, account no., bank name, branch and IFSC code as mentioned in the TP dashboard. Foreign training providers must own a PayPal account for timely and hassle-free processing of the payment. For the Training provider registered under Local tax regimes, such as GST or VAT, need to provide the registration certificate for the same. Depending upon the shared model, payment shall be remitted in the stipulated time as below:

• For Self-paced video training: Within 45 days at the end of every month.
• For Instructure Led live training: On satisfactory completion of the course or 45 days, whichever is later.

  LEAD TRANSFER POLICY TO TP Training provider does not have a direct contractual agreement with the student. All the visitors, inquiry or Signup data, we receive is the sole property to the Liviont and Training partner cannot claim for any other information except the Liviont decides to provide to training partners. The information of the students shall be sole discern of the Liviont and susceptible to change, time to time with prior information. TP have to agree that they will not use the data received for any purpose other than providing services to those students on the Liviont platform, and they won’t directly sell or enrol the course bypassing the Liviont.
